Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of inkpopstore.in and the InkPop Store mobile-web application (together, the "Site"), operated by InkPop Store, Thane, Maharashtra ("InkPop", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user, and customer of the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 15; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About InkPop Store
InkPop Store is a stationery, art supplies and lifestyle retailer with its store at Store No 5, Ground Floor, Flora Co-Op Hsg Soc., Hiranandani Estate, Thane West 400607, Maharashtra, India.

3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Accounts are created using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email address; there is no separate password to remember. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Products & Pricing
All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions and prices accurately; however, actual colours, print finishes and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error, even after an order is placed. If an item you ordered was mispriced or is no longer available, we will contact you before dispatch with the option to confirm at the correct price, choose a substitute, or cancel that item for a full refund.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer by you to purchase the selected products. A order confirmation email or on-screen message acknowledges receipt of your order but does not, by itself, guarantee stock availability. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm that an item has been packed for delivery or pickup. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, and any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay, a Reserve Bank of India-regulated payment aggregator. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. For orders placed for in-store pickup, payment may also be made in person at the store at the time of collection.
7. Delivery & Store Pickup
You may choose to have your order shipped to an address of your choice, or to collect it from our Hiranandani Estate store, typically within 2 hours of order confirmation, subject to stock and store hours. Shipping timelines, courier partners and charges are shown at checkout and may vary by pincode. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or on collection from the store.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it has been packed for dispatch or marked ready for pickup, from your account or by contacting customer care. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or marked ready for store pickup, it can no longer be cancelled online; please see our Exchange Policy for what happens after delivery.
9. Exchange & Refunds
InkPop does not accept returns for change of mind. Products may only be exchanged where there is a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an error in what was shipped, as set out in full in our Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
The InkPop name, logo, Site design, photography and written content are owned by or licensed to InkPop Store and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access to our systems, submitting fraudulent orders or payment information, scraping content at scale, or interfering with the Site's normal operation. We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates this section.
12. Liability & Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkPop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the rules made under it, which apply regardless of anything stated above.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution avenues described in our Grievance Redressal page, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, without prejudice to any right you have to approach a consumer forum with jurisdiction over your own place of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
